Our spa rooms by Templespa are a place to hide away and steal some precious moments to yourself. Open 7 days a week from 9.30 am until 6pm, there should be plenty of time to indulge in a treatment.

Facilities
All treatments of 1 hour or more include complimentary use of our leisure facilities including pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gymnasium. For treatments of less than 1 hour there is a small charge to use the facilities. Why not make the most of your spa experience and use the facilities before your treatment to relax your muscles and open your pores.

Cancellation Policy
We will contact you to take full payment for treatments booked in. If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice. Less than 48 hours’ notice we will charge the full amount of your treatment.

Health Conditions
There are some contra-indications to certain treatments. A medical questionnaire is required to be completed prior to your spa treatment. Please advise us of any medical condition such as high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, circulatory disorders, epilepsy, diabetes, allergies, cancer, pregnancy or if you are currently taking any medication.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase online all year round and are valid for 12 months. For more information, or to make an appointment, please call 01726 811 822. Residents should call extension ‘100’.
